Is it allowed to use Kizy during Air Transport?

According to the regulations, the operator/user takes all reasonable measures to ensure that no person does use, on board an aeroplane, a portable electronic device that can adversely affect the performance of the aeroplane’s systems and equipment. Kizy trackers are designed in a way that they only transmit very little energy quantity, which from our knowledge cannot adversely affect the performance of an aircraft in a way to represent any danger.

However, it is important to note that this is self-evaluation from Kizy. We will still need to undergo a process by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to obtain an official statement from the authorities to confirm this self-evaluation.

As of today, to be compliant with the regulation, our trackers have to be switched off during air transportation.
