Process information on your Kizy Tracking Order

Dear customer

Thank you for your order at Kizy Tracking

The following information will guide you through the next steps of your order.

 

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail with subject:

Your order with reference [order reference] from Kizy Tracking SA – Order Confirmation

In case you did not receive this e-mail, please check your Spam Filter.

Your order has been received and is will be reviewed by our Operations Team within 24h (Mon – Fri)

2. Invoice

Once your order started being processed, you will receive an e-mail with subject:

Your order with reference [order reference] from Kizy Tracking SA – Invoice

This e-mail contains the corresponding invoice as attached pdf file.

The further processing of your order is related to the selected payment method.

Direct Bank Transfer:

Your order will be processed further once we registered the invoice amount transferred to the Bank Account unless otherwise agreed.

Please note

  1. to state the invoice number SAJ/xxxx/xxxx as payment reference.
  2. that all necessary bank information is stated at the bottom of the invoice.
  3. to choose the account currency (USD, CHF, EUR) according to your order

Credit Card / Paypal

As payment is already settled, your order is processed directly and delivery is prepared.

The invoice serves in this case as reference for your accounting department.

3. Delivery Information

Once your order is shipped / processed you will receive an e-mail with subject:

Your order with reference [order reference] from Kizy Tracking SA – Delivery Information.

This e-mail contains valuable information about your shipment depending on the type of products you ordered.

Hardware (K-2 Tackers, Testkit)

Every hardware shipment is already tracked with Kizy Tracking. To follow the delivery of your order, simply click on the link provided in the e-mail:

You can follow this shipment with our Kizy Tracking System. 

This will direct you to app.kizytracking.com where you can follow your shipment even without creating an account. It also allows to import the tracking into an account you already have.

Platform Credits (Kizy Credits, Testkit)

Platform Credits are provided in the form of vouchers that need to be imported to the account on app.kizytracking.com that shall be re-charged.

The vouchers are also provided as part of the delivery e-mail.
