k-1 end of life

When we created Kizy back in 2014, we were thrilled to bring to market the K-1 tracker, the first really global, lightweight and convenient tracker that could efficiently bring visibility to the supply chain and postal shipments. 

All good things have an end, and on September 1st, 2020, after almost 8 years of operations, we announced the retirement of the tracker, replaced by the newer, more powerful K-2.

Even though the trackers will continue to work as best effort, more and more countries will switch off their 2G network. This article will list the countries where we are informed that the K-1 tracker no longer works.
